With the above list, you will want to type in key words that people are using to describe their problem, for example if you see a lot of people talking about foot pain in their postings, then type in foot pain into your keyword research tool and see what kind of results you get. If very few people are using that key word combination you typed in, try to find a synonym or a related combination. This may require a few iterations, but it is well worth it.
